You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding access credentials. You must not share account access with unauthorized parties or attempt unauthorized access to systems.

4. Billing and Plans

Free and paid plans include different limits and capabilities. Paid subscriptions and add-on items are processed through Stripe. Plan changes and cancellations are handled through the billing portal.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, malware distribution, abusive traffic, or any behavior that threatens platform stability, security, or availability.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. CMS Assets and related branding, software, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMS Assets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
